Up-Front, Fair and Transparent

We have done the work to provide you with a Fair and Transparent pricing model for all our services, so that you can know before-hand what our quote for your inspection will be.

We will NOT make up a number on the phone based on how busy we are at the moment, or based on the value of your home. It is all calculated by the Square Footage of your home, the way it should be, because this is what affects the amount of work we have to do.

We have a starting price for all of our services, which is applicable for all single family homes up to 2,500 Sq Ft, as listed below.

For homes larger than 2,500 Sq Ft, pricing is determined by the total Sq Ft and the rate of the desired inspection, as listed below. (Total Sq Ft will be rounded to nearest 100 Sq Ft.)

In addition to Up-Front pricing, we want you to receive the best value for your inspection, so we always include a free roof inspection report ($100+ value) with every Wind Mitigation, 4-Point, or Combo Inspection, if desired.
